The last job of 2022 this week nice boiler install/relocation in Caton – Lancaster
The old boiler had been in since 2003 and had broken down beyond repair
So we relocated the new boiler to the loft from the cupboard in the bedroom and fitted a wireless programmer and an additional filling loop and pressure gauge in the bedroom cupboard for the customer’s convenience when re-pressurising
The system was chemically cleaned and flushed using my Adey Magnacleanse kit as you can see some muck was removed via the filters from the system
All pipe work is neatly clipped and lagged ( part L regs)
The boiler comes with 7 Yr warranty and should provide years of warmth and hot water
Well be back at it in 2023 Merry Christmas
